RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

We work hard to translate the operational needs and requirements of our clients into a product that meets their exacting requirements through a highly professional and effective service provision. Using our knowledge, collective experiences and key skills we aspire to create the very best customer experience. Perhaps this is why we are consistently awarded contracts on a negotiated basis.

Offering innovation and finding solutions is second nature and very much a part of our business culture. We collaborate on an inclusive basis, with the capital projects teams and wider impacted stakeholder groups to ensure we understand all perspectives, requirements, concerns and expectations of all those either involved in or effected by the works. This approach ensures we have the opportunity to create a thoughtful approach to delivering the works while developing methodologies that create the lowest impact. This inclusivity in return ensures support, cooperation and repeat business opportunity from our clients.

Due to the nature of clients and project activity EPScm have also become accustomed to working closely with some very niche and specialist suppliers. Without a collaborative and inclusive approach with such suppliers, the project delivery becomes challenging with too much risk to the client and end user. As per the EOI requirements we have included relevant experience by way of case studies demonstrating our experience with this project scope: Multi phase warehouse and office refurbishment in a live environment.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

Construction projects to support the establishment of trailblazing manufacturing processes can be complicated and often need to be executed against a backdrop of uncertainty and change within challenging time frames. This was certainly the case with our projects. It is rare to find a construction company that can provide successful project delivery in this difficult environment.

EPSCM have worked with us as part of our programme delivery team over the last 18 months providing outstanding performance in health & safety management, innovative design input, supply chain selection & management and general construction project management to deliver multiple successful projects, with values from £0.5M to £5M. No project is without obstacles and challenges, EPSCM have always found ways to overcome these inevitable difficulties to deliver the required outcomes with an excellent HSE record, to high quality, within budget and always on schedule against a backdrop of more than normal uncertainly and change. Great job!

A.Norman – Construction Project Manager, Fortescue. EPScm have delivered ~£7.5M for Fortescue in the last 12 months and continue to work on new works that will be ongoing from now til late 2025.

From the very start of Fujitsu’s partnership with EPS, they have proven themselves supportive and flexible. Key to the relationship has been EPS’ enthusiasm to understand the varying priorities underlying particular projects. They will then apply their knowledge and skills to define the best way to satisfy these priorities. On an operational level, EPS have become renown within our internal teams for being tightly organised and maintaining good housekeeping.

They consistently return robust audit scores, from our third party health and safety partners, which, in turn, reflect well with Fujitsu’s customers. EPS’ collaborative approach fits ideally with the way Fujitsu want to deliver projects within our estate; a trusting relationship which recognises the expertise of each party involved, in order to achieve success.

P.Scrutton, Head of Projects, UK&I Properties, N&W Europe. EPScm have delivered ~ £20M worth of successful projects with Fujitsu since 2018 and continue to partner with them on forthcoming schemes in 2025.

EPS has worked successfully with Alpine and our predecessor companies for many years, both as a tier 1 sub-contractor and as principal contractor. In the past 3 years, EPS has successfully won tenders as Principal Contractor for large (>5 M£) CapEx construction projects and have also provided ad-hoc support for smaller Op-Ex interventions. The projects have been overwhelmingly successful – with good project management and notably strong on-time delivery and quality of execution. EPS Directors in the background and Managers on site have readily adapted to our specific requirements notably on cost-control and cash-flow management.

Diligent procurement, effective communication and transparent book-keeping have created a climate of confidence. Their teams are committed and motivated to satisfy the client and work to a high standard.

R. White, (former) Operations Director, Alpine Racing ( Now COO at Andretti GP )
